Hiding cuts.

For the first time in almost a year I cut myself today. I don't know why exactly.  but to the main point, me and my boyfriend are going on a date tomorrow. I need to hide the cut. (yep, its just one cut.) but I dont really have anything to hide it with, since all my hair ties would cut my circulation off. so yeah.. what should I do?
